01 — Acceptance

By downloading or using SMSplode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

02 — Service Description

SMSplode is a mobile application that allows users to send repeated SMS sequences to consenting recipients, for personal entertainment between friends.

      Intended use: pranks between friends, humorous wake-up calls, insistent reminders in a fun and consensual context.
    

03 — Prohibited Use

⚠️ Responsible use is mandatory

It is strictly forbidden to use SMSplode to:

Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
Send unsolicited messages (spam)
Contact people who have not consented to receive your messages
Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
Disrupt telecommunications networks
Impersonate another person

Sending unsolicited SMS is illegal in most countries and may result in legal prosecution. OrionWavesStudio disclaims all responsibility for misuse of the application.

04 — User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of SMSplode and the messages you send. You agree to:

Only use the application with the explicit consent of recipients
Comply with the laws of your country regarding electronic communications
Not use the application for commercial purposes without prior authorization

05 — Premium Purchase

SMSplode offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks additional features. This purchase is:

Processed by Google Play — subject to their terms of sale
Non-refundable except as provided by Google Play policy
Linked to your Google account — non-transferable
Lifetime — no recurring subscription

      Restore: if you reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchase" button in settings to recover your Premium access.
    

06 — Intellectual Property

SMSplode, its code, graphics, animations, and content are the exclusive property of OrionWavesStudio. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

07 — Limitation of Liability

SMSplode is provided "as is". OrionWavesStudio shall not be liable for:

Consequences of misuse of the application
SMS charges billed by your mobile carrier
Service interruptions or bugs
Indirect damages resulting from use of the app

08 — Termination

OrionWavesStudio reserves the right to suspend access to the application in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

09 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

10 — Changes

OrionWavesStudio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
