ORIONWAVESSTUDIO
Website privacy
Understand what happens when you browse the website or contact OrionWavesStudio.
This notice covers the showcase and its contact form. Apps and the private Orion Account pilot have separate scopes. This page creates no purchase or public account.
Data controller
Philippe DELASSAUX, using the name OrionWavesStudio. Address: 23, rue du vieux château, 62220 CARVIN, France. Personal-data contact: OrionWavesStudio@gmail.com.
Contacting the studio
The contact address is OrionWavesStudio@gmail.com. The form is used to receive your question, understand the related product and reply. It does not create a visitor account or a newsletter subscription.
Why the information is processed
The studio uses your email and message to receive and handle the request you send, then reply. General enquiries, reports and testing requests rely on the studio’s legitimate interest in handling this contact. A request necessary to prepare a contract you ask for relies on precontractual steps at your request. The information is not used for a newsletter or automated marketing. The checkbox acknowledges reading this notice; it is not marketing consent.
Accounts and purchases
Orion Account has separate privacy information, accessible from its entry page. The integrated portal is available to invited accounts for private trials. Public registration and direct sales are closed. Google Play purchases remain managed by Google.
Information requested
Your email address and message are needed to handle a request sent through the form. Without them, the message cannot be sent. Your name, product version and device are optional. The related product, request type and language accompany the message. Do not include passwords, sensitive documents or unnecessary private information.
Preparing or sending a message
Preparing and copying a message is a local action in your browser. The studio does not receive it until you send it. Direct sending transmits the information to EmailJS and then to the studio’s Gmail inbox. If you use your email application instead, sending also follows your email provider’s rules.
Recipients, providers and transfers
The studio owner receives requests in the studio’s Gmail inbox. Direct sending uses EmailJS Pte. Ltd. and then Google for email delivery. EmailJS states that processing may occur in the United States and provides standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. Google may also process data outside your country under its policies. The studio does not promise storage exclusively in France or Europe. Provider policies and safeguards are linked below.
Retention of correspondence
Ordinary correspondence is kept while your request is handled and then manually deleted no later than six months after closure, under the studio’s chosen rule. The website does not automatically delete emails. Provider logs and purchase records follow separate rules; this six-month period is not automatically applied to them.
Browsing, cookies and technical logs
The reviewed visitor files do not set advertising cookies or embed third-party audience analytics, a YouTube player or sign-in. The page address carries the language; filters and message drafts stay in the tab during your visit. OVHcloud is the selected hosting provider and may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. EmailJS sending may generate events and technical metadata under the service settings. Google CAPTCHA is not enabled in this version; adding it would require an updated notice.
Links to other services
Google Play, YouTube and Ko-fi links open separate services with their own policies. The website adds no embedded YouTube player or autoplay. Ko-fi support is optional and separate from product purchases.
Your rights and questions
Email OrionWavesStudio@gmail.com and identify the relevant request to exercise access, correction, deletion or restriction rights. You may object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on legitimate interest. Portability and consent withdrawal apply only when their conditions are met. Requests are reviewed; records that need to be retained are not deleted automatically. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, notably at cnil.fr/plaintes. The contact form is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
The website and apps are separate
This page concerns the website and its contact form. Apps have their own privacy and terms documents, available from their pages and the App documents section.
